Temp to Full Time Placement
Contact Alternative Solutions Group with a detailed job description and we will accurately match up qualified candidates for you to interview. You make the final choice! The candidate works as a temporary employee for a 90 day trial period. At the end of the 90 days you may hire the temporary employee with no "conversion fee" involved. We recommend this avenue for clients who are still in the process of authorizing additional positions on their staff or for positions where job responsibilities are still evolving.
Temporary assignments can last from one day to one year, or longer depending on the client's need. Each temporary worker is an Alternative Solution's employee and Alternative Solutions handles all payroll liabilities and insurance responsibilities. Clients are able to fill voids in their staff, handle sporadic projects, address seasonal peaks in their workflow, and manage their payroll budget as effectively as possible.
Direct Hire Placement
Clients interview pre-screened, tested and reference checked candidates submitted by Alternative Solutions Group. When a successful candidate is identified, an offer of full-time employment is made by the client and the candidate goes directly on to the client's payroll. The cost for Direct Hire placements are a one-time fee based on the annual salary of the person hired.
